5/12/2015 7:32:17 AM i had trouble loading thison to my latest comppturo. I followed the pcmatic com linc that came up and it took me to a program called iyogi.com sounded like iit came from idiia. I gollowed along thinkig it was a firm that did your technical but it turned out to be a sidte called iYOGI they had me turn over control to them. They did fix my problem but wanted $159.99 for a years service. which I did not sign up for. I am worriewd that they put something on my PC to control it later, Possible or not

I entered a site like Amazon and all of a sudden itjumped to another screen, it changed my default ATT loading page, it also re installed the Google Chrome which I did not ask for, and today it froze when I was trying to reply to an email on gmailc.com. I trust your software will work like a dog watch. I am a Fox News channel fan, and I have seen a lot of your advertisments, and my decision to join you was made today.It starated going slowly this morning, and also freezing. As soon as I fix my Dell Latitude E 6500 which has a problem on its cd bay. Once I take caare of that I will contact you to install your softwaare on my Lap Top too.

2/19/2013 6:33:22 PM Recently, I have had problems with turning it off. Sometimes when typing it will freeze up for a few seconds then the letters I had typed will all suddenly appear. This has happened on Microsoft Word and Power Point preparations. To shut the computer down I have had to hold the button down that is used to turn it on until it goes off. Using the regular 'shut down' method has no affect and the computer will remain on until I do something.

11/11/2014 1:09:48 PM My only problem to date with my desktop is downloading PCMatic Supershield. The laptop is so severly virus infected that I'm having trouble accessing even the most bvasic aspect of the computer.The PCMatic program downloads repeatedly on the desktop, but I can't get it through the firewall even though I have given access permission on the list of allowed programs. It may be somthing that I am doing wrong or missed in your instructions. The firewell says the security is working on public access, but not home or private.

Will somtimes hang up before opening a file that has been selected, or will open the wrong file as the cursor sticks and does not smoothly move to the file intended to be selected.
