6/4/2022 2:15:53 PM I currently have pcmatic coverage on my HP computer but I am no longer using it. It is out of service so I just replaced it with the current Dell computer and want to add pcmatic protection to it and delete the coverage on the HP computer.

3/10/2022 9:12:06 AM Ethernet turns off for no reason saying the ethernet cable isn't plugged in despite the fact that it is when I use the troubleshooter, this can only be resolved when the computer is restarted. The microphone also isnt registered on the computer despite being plugged in, the microphone works pefectly fine on other devices.
