I could not get internet explorer to load, so I downloaded Mozilla Firefox. I also can not access my email account from this computer, I don't know why. I did purchase a wireless adapter a couple of weeks ago and I know I do have an internet connection.

But I can't delete them as they claim removing them requires administrator permission. I have NOT set up an administrator on my systems. I just need to delete those files.
