1/26/2018 3:23:19 PM The old Dell was originally a Windows 7 and I upgraded to Windows 10 when 10 came out. in Dec. 2017 Windows required a major upgrade to Windows 10 ,and ever since I have had a problem acessing the control Panel and File Explorer.

But I can't delete them as they claim removing them requires administrator permission. I have NOT set up an administrator on my systems. I just need to delete those files. I could not get internet explorer to load, so I downloaded Mozilla Firefox. I also can not access my email account from this computer, I don't know why. I did purchase a wireless adapter a couple of weeks ago and I know I do have an internet connection.

At a resturant, "How did you enjoy your meal while you were viewing the menu?". The computer runs slowly at times. It hasn't locked up lately. I doubt that anyone will even read this.
