10/27/2019 3:30:50 PM This si my first scan. i was under the impresion these scans ran automatically after I turned on my computer. Can you set it up where a scan begin at start up each day? I am having probelsms with nuicance emails. I have tried unsubscribing and going to my webmail to have these emails block, yet day after day the same emails return to my inbox. It would be nice to be abkle to block them or at least divert them to jumk mail box. an siuggestions. Take care, Jim.

I am pretty sure that I got scammed by someone claiming to be with McAfee. I took the program out before I purchased your program. 6/10/2021 11:55:45 PM This PC belongs to my Dad and was running very slow and was plugged up with lots of "gunk". I recommened he try PC Matic for 1 Year to try to clean the platform up and get it running smoothly again. Virtually everything he would "Open" would lead to "Not Reponding". After loading the basic PC Matic plan and one "Scan" I can already tell his Computer is running much faster as it did when it was brand new. I was unable to run "Error Check" or "Defrag" which I fully exprect to be able to do now! I expewct after several "Scan" cycles this machine will be running "Tip Top" and I will be able to upgarde to "Very Satisfied". Thank you!

9/20/2022 9:57:16 AM I kept getting error messages of varying types and it would have a blue screen and shut down. Soon it was doing it every 5 mins. I reinstalled Windows 10 and it did it after that too every 3 or 4 minutes, an error message, blue screen, shut down, reboot. So then I took it to my computer guy and it worked perfectly, so he didn't know why it had error message. He said take it home, it was a huccup. I brought it home and now it seems to be okay. Because I reinstalled Windows 10, now I have to reload PC Matic and it seems you do not recognize my computer. What do I do?
