I tried to call your customer service and some how found a phone number and paid $99 for a one time fix and they said PCmatic would not work and I should ask the credit card co for a refund. I have just used PCM for the first time. Do not know yet how it has worked.

7/22/2020 6:07:35 PM Well, it is a replacement computer to the one I had, that crashed.. not anything to do with PC Matic. The one I had was 11 years old and I went to load IE Edge and it wouldn't run on the old computer so it crashed and just wouldn't restart. So, this is one that a friend of mine gave me. It is her old one and runs Windows 7 for now, I am somwhat satisfied with it but I am going to update to Windows 10, possibly next week. I needed to get my PC Matic back though. All of her antivirus software was in need of updating and I had to do a backup and recovery on this one to get it to run right in the first place.. hence, goodbye old antivirus software.

11/25/2012 12:25:32 PM I get a lot of errors that cause beeps in the background; it locks up a lot and gives me error codes that I don't understand. I have to reboot 2-3 times a week just to get it to work again.
