7/22/2020 6:07:35 PM Well, it is a replacement computer to the one I had, that crashed.. not anything to do with PC Matic. The one I had was 11 years old and I went to load IE Edge and it wouldn't run on the old computer so it crashed and just wouldn't restart. So, this is one that a friend of mine gave me. It is her old one and runs Windows 7 for now, I am somwhat satisfied with it but I am going to update to Windows 10, possibly next week. I needed to get my PC Matic back though. All of her antivirus software was in need of updating and I had to do a backup and recovery on this one to get it to run right in the first place.. hence, goodbye old antivirus software.

2/26/2020 4:45:39 PM This is my second oldest computer, I just restored it to factory settings recently to clear the harddrive so it would run faster. Restoring it helped, but it needs to be faster.

4/1/2020 4:09:25 PM Lately, last 3 months or so, first use of the day, slow to load pages and gets quicker as more use thru the day, often have stop in mid load and next try loads faster. Never locks up but I do reboot every so often to improve performance.

I tried to call your customer service and some how found a phone number and paid $99 for a one time fix and they said PCmatic would not work and I should ask the credit card co for a refund. I have just used PCM for the first time. Do not know yet how it has worked.
