10/18/2016 2:12:08 PM had to perform clean windows re-install, only to find out that what dell was saying, was a software problem, was wrong and had hardware problem with touchscreen. runs better now with touchscreen disabled.

9/4/2017 3:16:36 PM The touchscreen function has not operated properly since the geginning. I made several attempts to have tech support fix the problem. The sent a tech 4 times and on one occasion I sent the computer into their repair facility. Everytime the touchscreen function quit working within a few hours of repair.
