I disconnected the internet from our router--- today Monday reconnected router and went to your web site; here we are.

1/24/2017 7:49:58 PM It's not dissatisfactioj with the computer itself. Rather, it's that this computer has been hacked and has had many problems with malware. Internet connections have been lost until I just installed the PC Matic protection and now seems to be working well.

8/5/2016 2:19:08 PM I have been having error message ("There was a problem sending the command to the program")with Microsoft Word since Windows 10 was accidently installed and removed on this computer. Also I downloaded Total Recepe tool bar this morning and was unable to remove it but you did :0). I had planned on installing PC Pitstop for sometime, just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Thank you.

For instance, when I use some online features through my work or schools blackboard website, this computer screen will black in and out then stay black. During these times I randomly move my mouse button until I click on the hone bar and open a different window, then close the one that caused the blackout through the task manager; if I dont use the task manager and click and reopen the problematic window, I lose visibility again.

2/21/2020 9:26:23 PM I don't know what you mean - MY PC--(a Dell) or your product. I can't answer abpit YOUR PROGEAM yet - it's hung SEVERAL time - and I don't know if I've completed the process. -- It Took 10 hours untill I was able to get it to run all the way thorugh. And that was maybe TWICE or THRICE or more that I tried to run the program (win 7 pro sp 1) -- You are using a 'forced answer' -- and that is an invalid critera to judge my experiance upon - eg - 'Restart' was disabled on 'intalll - so I waited 10-18 hors for it to finish - well tell me it was time to reboot -the reboot command is not a default on innetial instalation. So the program hung for -- 10? -12? - hours (over night) before I realised that your program was frozen. Multiple re-starts and nearly an equal exits and re-start - even from a Cold Boot - though I suspect that you can see all of that in the data you collect upon my use of your product. The CUSTOMER SUPPORT didn't work, the site would not load (could be my privacy settings) -------- though my Cousin - (???) my sisters son - uses my Web connection a LOT on my computers - so I don't know what changes he's made - He's mid-late 20's and I'm about 70+ - . Though I've run compuer labs for Adaptive Technology and Geographical specific programs - I often don't know what changes he's made - Desk-Top (mainly) or my Kindle Fire Tablets -- and when I'm gone on pet projects, he has complete reigh of my system, save personal (banking, credit care,etc) settings. I LIKW my PC - but it's getting close to needing another one - though this PC has an OK rateing by me - though my Nephew has cnaged the system so I don't - or no longer remember what the 'good' and 'fast' settings are,

3/29/2016 11:02:12 PM PC Matic is good,but when I switched over from 8.1 on this computer to windows 10 .Thats when I had problems so the guy that fixed it could only go withwindows 7 I would like to go back to 8.1 but Dell wants $125.00 I think it's too much because I have the windows 8.1 disk that came withit & also the Drivers and the utilities disk.Any Ideas I would be willing to pay somthing.I would like to run the 8.1 that I paid for.
