1/1/2022 1:41:28 PM Got this computer because of previous experience with desktop XPS computers. This replaces an older Dell Laptop which was failing. This XPS is fast!! And this has features (like Windows 11) that my laptop did not. So far so good!!

12/30/2021 7:32:03 PM This PC's OS is Win10, which I find to be somewhat intrusive - like Microsoft wants to control the PC. I feel that I have less control than I did with previous editions, e.g., Win 7 & XP. I am reluctant to switch to the Win 11 OS; that would be like starting all over again, and perhaps switching will cause problems that do not now exist. 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.' 'Don't upset the apple cart.' Both are applicable proverbs. On the other hand, there may be advantages for switching to Win 11.

I contact microsoft and their tech supoort told me there is a trojan on my ports, it is a new computer I got last week. They offered a program for 299.99 to 599.99 to solve the problem. I felt like the person I was talking to was a scam.

It tries to decide what is junk and what isn't and makes all kinds of mistakes. Email is one of the most important functions of a PC and Windows 11 destroys the email function!
