It is also reliable, the only thing that scares me is a 0xc0000022 explorer.exe error which might or might not be the fault of one of the users of the computer. It is only 1 or 2 week old I would like to know how to repair this problem and stopping it from continuing any further.

If I walk away from it for 5 minutes, I have to reboot everything because the screen goes black and the hard drive light is flashing. I'm hoping the purchase of PCMatic fixed this problem. 9/25/2010 11:10:43 PM I don't know if it is the PC or whether it has to do with the fact that I now am using Windows 7 whereas I was previously using Windows XP and had only one problem in all the time I used the pc which was a compaq presario. I actually think most of my problems have been caused by AOL and its safety toolbar which I just uninstalled since I never asked for it and I have no idea how it got on my PC but it was a real pain when I wanted to go to Youtube and would not be "allowed to use it by children and teenagerrs" when I have neither.

Now I have neither on my PC and would ask you to please return these to my PC since I have proof that I paid for both. Actually, I realized after I got the PC Matic that I probably don't need the PC Optimize at all. DO I NEED BOTH? iF NOT, COULD YOU REFUND ME THE 29.99 I paid for the PC Optimize?? I would like to continue using this product, because it was purchased when I bought this computer, Can it be upgraded so that I will not have to pay for it again, as I was told that it was included with the computer package.

Also think i have a memory leak in one of the RAM stick. Otherwise great PC, Do NOT like gateway/Dell. but Emachines are great PCs for the price.

I don't like that.. It does tell you that yuo have malware... well get it off the computer if it is there.. I thought that was what I was paying for...
