I have contacted AT&T on several occaions and nothing is done. I also approached Norton about the issue and nothing was done. I was hoping that PC Matic would fix this problem. I consider it a security issue that there is another machine with the same IP address.

12/29/2013 8:16:50 PM I am not sure, how unstatisfied I am, but I do know that, I do not know how to unblock, so that some downloads, I do want to come through, because the program does not seem to be writing to the windows features, when I want to look at them, whenever I touch the Supershield Icon to look at manage, whitelist, blacklist, there never seems to be anything there.

With all the advertising crap that keeps blinking, trying to play advertisements, and the screen keeps changing it is almost impossible to even type my password to get into my e-mails Outside of this my computer that seemed fast in the beginning is almost as slow as it was before you'all supposedely unclogged my computer of everything unwanted and/or not needed.
