9/5/2010 4:09:04 PM LOVE the computer; just recently began having problems - maybe twice a month it would crash with a "blue screen" message that a driver was needing updated, but it wouldn't tell me which one. Grrrr.

1/14/2010 3:44:18 PM Increasing the memory to 2gig around the firat of the year has greatly improved performance, however just a couple of weeks before, I had to replace the cd/dvd drive and it didn't include an installation cd so it is using a stock microsoft driver and I am unable to download the proper driver from Samsung.
