12/26/2016 4:59:57 PM just had a new tab open in chrome looked like a bogus microsoft page saying viris detected catistrofic system failer call 1888something .... you get the point i close tap imeditly and said system failure nu sure u want to clos ? yes i do closed it then ran a scan this is a brand new machine only12hrs old used maybe 3hours so far

10/30/2014 9:43:14 PM From the first few days I had it I was unhappy, games will not play they are glitchy and slow and some it can't handle at all, I just am very unsatisfied I had a problem and needed to contact customer service, they would not replace the part that went bad and blamed me so they could get out of the warranty. The customer service is terrible they do not stand behind their product so untimately I would never buy this brand of computer again...but for now I am stuck with it... thats why I decided to download your software to see if there was a possibility you could help at least help it run better.
