11/18/2009 9:53:21 PM I was refered to Steve Hogan by the ca support guy dinesh after an online chat support session.Steve was kind enough to walk me through some steps to disable my firewall even though I was a retail customer,It worked and the software launched,Now thats customer service you don`t find Anywhere!Now lets see if it stops my browser from freezing.

5/25/2011 4:57:00 PM pc will not start succesfully in standard mode. either freezes or blue screens. only starts in safe mode. i only desire the music i have on here then i am willing to reformat. i just cant seem to get the solution

10/31/2010 11:47:42 PM Often, my computer will start accessing the hard drive and take a very long time to respond. I recently ran Seagate's Seatools for DOS, and it is running better now, but still often runs slow when performing random tasks. When playing a game or a similar RAM intensive task, it will work find, but at seemingly random times it will be inexplicably slow.
