12/5/2009 2:32:02 PM My root directory is on E: NOT on C: your tool won't let me change to E: There is no way to get to Support. A click on support just starts the log feature. Your question on when this computer was purchase is hard to answer. I will say when I bought the MOBO.

9/11/2009 2:37:41 PM I'm quite happy...the reboot problem is intermittant, and on the reboot it locks up about 2-4 min. later; the second reboot is usually fine. I have numerous utilities installed, including Avira anti-virus, Ad-Aware, Spybot, SpeedFan, and SiSoft Sandra Lite as an information source. I'm not a rookie, but I don't claim to know all either...

5/22/2010 8:45:43 AM everything works very fast the only thing slowing me down is internet, and my computer is supposed to get 12Mbps or higher speeds for download and this test said it was just 1Mbps! I am also using wireless and we upgraded to a stronger router and still getting slow speeds.

9/12/2009 6:29:01 AM Removed Norton Ghost and have had boot issues ever since; bought new WD Velociraptor 300Gb 16mb cache and used Acronis software to clone old drive with so Norton Ghost problem followed. Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit AMD AM3 955 Black Edition.

2/10/2010 11:21:07 PM I built this computer myself (I have been doing it for about 15 years now) and I selected the components myself. Usually any problems are software related (Microsoft Windows OS's). I am fairly happy with my system now. I just bumped the RAM from 2 GB to 4 GB recently and that helped immensely.
