4/27/2014 12:27:20 AM This computer was purchased in OCT 2012. It is a HP Touch Smart 310 PC. It recently started this "Blue Screen" issue or a froozen Black BLANK screen with a box That had different colors running together. Thia started after I canceled my products with "Avast Software", cause they took control of my computer & done the damage! So I decided to use another company out of California (local) called Avanquest product (Fix-It Utilities / Professional). This is on my computer now. So what I need to know is before making the online purchase with PC Matic (April 27,2014); was I suppose to UNINSTALL the Fix-It utility program OFF my PC & then install the PC Matic? Please advise....cause I purchased the EVERGREEN software off your site & I need this to run & work properly. Please advise me by email & call me at 706-617-9335 to give me your telephone support phone number please.
