4/20/2013 7:22:22 AM The computer closes application software (gmail, yahoo) without warning. Has been back to Best Buy and a group of Applications were removed in their cleaning and sitting in a file on the desktop.

8/28/2015 4:57:19 PM This PC is very slow and when I try connecting on the internet, it keeps giving me an error message or that the browser is not responding regardless of which browser I use. The main reason why ai purchased PCMatic was to take care of this problem. I am disappointed as the problem has been the same and nothing has actually changed.This is the computer specialized for my grandson to do his homework and also for his dad to do his office work. Please help me

12/20/2016 8:05:29 PM This HP computer had a hard drive failure. I lost all data. When I had it rebuild with new drive they neglected some software that I originally had. Plus they omitted the HP system umbrella.

Lost all of my programs but I believe that I ws able to save my data. I have four backup disks of data and I am trying to figure out how to restore them.
