8/25/2012 9:45:02 PM THIS IF THE FIRST TIME I AM USING IT AND DON'T KNOW IF IT IS DOING THE JOB PROPERLY. THE INTERNET EXPLORE NOT RESPONDING POP UP TOO OFTEN TO DNJOY THE COMPUTER AND IYOUGI CAN'T SEEM TO FIX IT. SINCE THEY FIXED MY COMPUTER I'M ALWAY GETTING PROBLEMS AND IT'S TOO SLOWW

12/16/2010 2:20:01 PM It showed a blue screen about 5 times in the last 3 wks . I got out of all but one and had to have HP's help. I purchaser a Plexor Blu-Ray writer and they sold me your PC Tune-UP 2.0 and said it was needed to get the correct driver for the Plexor.
