3/6/2022 10:37:27 AM I normally sleep the PC. The boot up is a little slow when I restart it. Sometimes keyboard does not work so I cannot type in the pin. Must restart it again. Does not have Windows 11 requirements so I can not upgrade it

3/4/2020 3:50:00 PM I've reconmended PC Matic to all other pc users. But, I needed to get a newer pc and first thing wanted to get PC Matic loaded first thing. It was a hard ordeal to get to this point. I called a # to get assiatnce. Not sure it wasn't a scam. I would happy to give you the 800# I got online. I'm not a very good pc user and with visual limitations so please make your product easier to us old geezerws.
