7/11/2019 11:51:59 AM This computer had software installed that was maybe used in a teaching center and has files that I cannot remove. It rund at all times and I think it is reporting to some tech center. I can't stop it from running unless I turn it off.

It was a hard ordeal to get to this point. I called a # to get assiatnce. Not sure it wasn't a scam. I would happy to give you the 800# I got online. I'm not a very good pc user and with visual limitations so please make your product easier to us old geezerws.
