4/17/2020 10:08:41 AM I was veery satisfied until about five weeks ago when microsoft attempted to upload some upgrades and crashed my computer. When I contacted pc matic aand microsoft about the problem, after a couple of weeks of phone calls I was told by PC matic that my hard drive was no good and that they could sell me another one for $150.00 andd than they would sell me another windows program for $250.00. I then contacted microsoft who told me the same thing. I then took my haard drive down to a local computer shop and had the hard drive tested, There was nothing wrong with the hard drive except that all my programing had been removed. I went on line and downloaded aa copy of my operating system windows 10 pro and then loaded it onto my harddrive which was recognized because I had a digital license embeded on the hard dive which could not be removed. Now I am trying to reload all programs that were cleaned of. so I was not a happy camper at all.

1/6/2019 11:09:38 AM I sometimes have problems downloading programs such as the pc matic prograam when i try to get back to me computer main screen it tells me that the pc matic program is still loading and i will lose part of the program if i continue
