10/10/2009 12:36:28 AM It seems to operate slower than I would like it to, earlier this year I had a virus and had to take the system back to it's original condition at purchase. I have wondered recently if it has another virus as my mp3 player isn't recognized on the computer as it had been. I've done multiple things according to microsoft.com and sandisk.com and can't get it resolved. sandisk.com suggested I uninstall windows media player 10 and re-install it or version 11, but I haven't been able to find out how to uninstall it. long story longer, I'm trying to decide whether a new computer is in order. thank you!
