12/26/2009 10:31:10 PM	HP updates routinely fail. Has a preloaded trial of office 2003...but I run 2002 so the Microsoft updates overwrite the 2002 and then when 2003 comes into play everything locks up. A ROYAL pain!!	3.00 out of 4
