7/7/2012 6:49:03 PM Sort of satisfied. Sometimes runs a bit faster after scan, but not nearly as efficiently as one would expect given the commercials. The lock ups usually involve use of internet rather than program(s) on the computer. Computer probably +/- 3 years old?

7/9/2012 10:52:49 AM I have to use another utility software to stablelize my pc or it would be slow, and could stall partially. Your software requires Internet connection to scan; that is a big drawback! When pc is troublesome, it could not always connect to the internet. I could barely run by itself! This software should be more independant. Tech support should be better and faster. Sometimes, I do not get a reply on technical issues until a few days later. Some of my questions were not even answered!
