1/19/2020 9:38:03 AM It is very slow, it takes a long time to reboot. Sometimes you can not do a soft boot to get it out from being hung up and you must hard boot it to get it back in operation. When you do have to do a hard reboot it takes forever for everything to be back in operating order.

This device when it freezes or pauses I thought was due to it not connecting to the internet but maybe it was something else causing that issue. It is not running slowly right now but it can.I am going to guess on the year it was purchased because I can't remember the exact year.
