3/10/2022 2:04:26 PM I have become quite dissatisfied of late regarding the lack of response for my support requests. As a lifetime license holder, I understand that new and paying cxustomers would have support priority, but I'm tired of being ignored on the rare occasions that I submit a request for support. It gives me the impression that I have no value as a customer to you and when I get that impression nI do business elsewhere. This device runs well, because it's new. After awhile PCMatic is not as effective and it becomes nec essary to retire a device rather than deal with a constant glitch that may be a security flaw. I amde the mistake of adding my ex to my license when we were together and she didn't take it well when I removed her and she has proven to be quite vindictive. As someone who's already been a victim of identity theft I am quite cautious with my online applications. If your desire is to no longer do business with me, by continuing to ignore me when I submit support requests you will get your wish.
