12/6/2015 9:22:39 PM The computer would not reboot so I had to recover all files. I losed all information including PC Matic. I had a message telling me I had a virus and to call a number; however, I ran PCmatic and it rebooted an the computer would not start up. Before this message I had no problems, I thought that PCmatic would clean it out but it did not.
