3/2/2018 8:31:39 PM WINDOWS 10 Microsoft update KB4074588 took out mouse , keyboard, and start up. Contacted Microsoft support, after many hours of "help & support", the computer crashed & went back to original factory settings of WINDOWS 8 with Norton antivirus back on and we were not online at the time. We thought Norton was completely removed years ago.
