12/22/2011 8:16:38 PM I purchased PC-Matic because it has a good reputation, and my Windows 7 64 bit will not respond normally when a Restart is requested. I've been told this is probably a driver problem. A Restart shuts down the computer and restarts only as far as the Boot ROM (Blue) screen before it locks up. However, if the system is then powered off for a period of time, it will boot normally again and perform normally as long as it is not restarted or powered down. Can you help me fix this?

1/8/2013 6:36:39 AM This is the same HP computer as listed 3 times on PCMatic. I had problems with two new hard drives supplied by the manufacturer. This is the third one. Hope this one works and lasts a good while. Don't know why with the backup and recovery that PCMatic lists them as 3 different computers. It's just the same HP computer that I've had for 1 1/2 years now.

11/19/2019 5:10:26 PM computer ran fine until microsoft started sending notice that win 7 was no longer going to be supported and I used to use Microsoft security essentials and that went bye bye and my computer started to run slow when on amazon shopping and when a lot of advertising was present

And other things like my e-mail not displaying correctly,.I equate some of the strange things to the fact that this is a 64 bit machine.Sometimes the screen goes blank,and I have to go to the task manager to get back to where I was. Just wierd stuff like that. Should take it back. Had it about a month.

2/7/2015 10:41:14 AM I have downloaded the program several times. I had to pay to renew my license. The payment was received, however the program will NOT let me scan the computer. It keeps sending me to the page to pay for the program. I have already paid and I have a receipt. The License key and information are correct. There seems to be little or no customer support for this product. I will be asking for a refund ealy next week, if someone does not fix the software so it runs. Enough.
