8/18/2015 9:28:15 AM It has always worked well. I think our biggest complaint is more about Microsoft stuff, internet explorer issues, etc. Stuff that accumulated over time that we really didn't know what was being updated, installed, changed, altered, etc.

7/2/2012 3:43:01 AM i bought this 3 months ago and it has been amazing !!! couldn't honestly ask for more,it does everything i want it to do and more. i have thrown everything i could at it but the kitchen sink and it just keeps on running through it like a snowplow !!! BEST COMPUTER I'VE EVER OWNED !

12/13/2015 7:15:26 AM This computer had a black screen event when restarting two days ago and had to be put in shop. Computer was scrubbed back to initial status. My other computer did the same thing two days earlier and was replaced. I do not know what happened.

9/3/2011 11:15:25 AM quality of pictures and video is extremely poor. Size of windows keeps changing, does not fill the screen as it should. The mouse pointer is hard to find.
