12/1/2013 7:38:59 PM Latley I have enternet explorer issues that effected my email could not forward or reply to email when I started using google chrome I was abe to forward and reply plus was able to finially receive pictures without viewing first.I also have had messages about registery issues.

6/16/2012 4:54:15 PM when you wake the comp up it just has the desktop background and nothing else. you have to keep putting it back to sleep and waking it up to get the tool bar to show up and sometimes you have to shut it down by cutting the power because tool bar at the bottom just wont come back......other than that there are no problems.....

6/13/2016 2:32:23 PM somehow I got a call at my house after installing Windows 10 and the people calling had all of my computer information and was able to take control of it remotely. this was after I purchased PC Matic the first time. I have since replaced my hard drive and I hope that doesn't happen again.

9/12/2015 2:28:46 PM This has been a good machine. But, several months ago, I began having an intermittent problem. The monitor gets kind of cloudy [but still legible]. At the top of the screen, [not responding] appears, and it will freeze for a few seconds. This happens whether browsing in Firefox, working with MS Office, UPS Worldship, whatever. This ususally only lasts a few seconds, but occasionally requires reboot to proceed.
