7/23/2015 11:50:09 PM I EXPECTED YOU TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY COMPUTER at sceduled intervaals. INSTRUCTION TAPES ARE DARK AND THE DIRECTOR SPEAKS SO FAST I CANNOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN. As of right now, the scan was to take 55 minutes and it was over in less than 5 minutes. NOW how thorough is that?
