1/30/2010 9:47:33 PM We were required to take out all data and start the computer as a new one twice due to growing viruses. These viruses came from third party programs and are no-longer used.

8/3/2010 3:59:59 PM This machine has been a rock until recently. Its locking up periodically due to Quickbooks program 2010 installed in March. Quickbooks has since fixed the problem with their program, but due to the many times of rebooting due to the lockup I fear a registry issue developed. Doesn't appear to be mechanical.

5/17/2010 8:42:00 PM not as quick as it used to be, computer started to shut itself down a few times lately when watching video's off net saying something to the effect of a major error had occurred and the computer was shutting down to avoid damage. happened approx three or four times in as many weeks

11/9/2012 8:24:43 AM MEMORY ON HARD DRIVE IS LOW SO i ADDED d VOLUME FOR ADDITIONAL MEMORY THAT HAS 98% FREE SPACE WHILE c ONLY HAS 4% i PREFORMED A DEFRAG FROM COMPUTER. iT IS SLOW STARTING WHEN REBOOTING AND SLOW ON INTERNET. i DID HAVE IT GOING FAST EARLIER THIS YEAR WHEN FILES WERE COMPRESSED AND DERFRAG BUT IT SLOWED AGAIN THAT WHY i PURCHASED YOUR TUNE UP i AM TIRED OF IT.

11/2/2009 1:51:30 PM When booting up, the opening chime is annoyingly fragmented with short pauses between the fragments. Sometimes when downloading videos, the download rate is slower than the play rate of the video, so intermittent pauses occur. Sometimes the keyboard shortcut for bookmark in the Firefox browser fails to activate the function, whereby a short ding sounds off. This only occurs after a hibernation.
