8/3/2010 11:13:10 PM Sometimes jumps to other sites on IE. Freezes up often. Trojans and malware detected on antivirus software. They are cleaned and removed but keep coming back.Overall performance very slow. Sometimes will not respond to shut-down command.

10/24/2013 8:48:10 PM I'm not sure if you are asking these questions in regards to befor or after using total defense pc tune-up. Have had this machine for many years and over time it has become a poor troubled soul. I have just installed pc tune-up and am (as recomended) re-scanning. So ask me again and I'll fill you in on progress. Am very impressed as to how efficiantly it installed and informed. thumbs way up so far.

4/22/2011 2:33:51 PM I know that it is an older computer, the reason that I wanted you guys to scan it, is because my monitor. I have a hard time getting it to boot up. I don't know if its a virus,a program problem or if the monitor is just worn out.

8/19/2010 8:22:55 AM Performance has been worse since installing dsl. It worked fine for a couple of months but recently downloading has been very slow. Support help from ATT has not produced any good results. ALSO, I am unable to download some recommended driver updastes from Gateway and can not determine how to fix the problem. Help from Gateway on this matter has not been productive.
