11/18/2019 1:14:37 PM I bought this computer on ebay (and reset Windows 10) because I purchased the same computer in 2015 and was very satisfied with it until the LCD screen failed. My motherboard, and all other components functioned normally. I bought this one knowing that I would have a parts computer for it. I've only had this computer for a short period of time.

12/9/2015 11:49:47 AM Computer waspurchased with Windows 8.1. I converted to Windows 10 when Microsoft offered free. I have been getting blue screen errors and have to restart 3 or more times to get Windows 10 to open for use.

11/25/2017 9:42:16 PM It can take a while for prgrams to load. It cannot print from an online PDF. The PDF has to be saved to the hard drive to print. It is slow to boot up.

2/1/2018 8:50:49 PM you need to make it easy for users to see how to re-install your software. User should be able to just log in at your website and click install to re-install or download to new computer. This is how norton does it. It takes less than a second with norton once you log in. It takes about 5 mins with PC matic only for user to realize h/she has to contact your support team to be reminded how to do it.
