10/30/2013 2:13:46 PM I really don't know when I bought this PC. Just a guess. Sometimes ran slow but not all of the time. Only had to re-boot when trying to open links in my email. Once in a while I get message from a sender (can't remember now what it said) on email and sometimes need to reboot.

7/17/2010 12:27:16 PM after replacing the memory chip it seeks to be running good.Having a problem with ca pc tune-up. Unable to get past the activation screen and ca does not answer phone or call back. At one point I stayed on hold for one hour and finely left a message.I have bought two of their products and thinking about sending them back. what good are they if I can not get support as promised.

She installed a 1 tetra byte HD, said it was running fast but it's been slowing down since I plugged it in yesterday. Not exactly slow running but slower than I would expect for the upgrade to a tetra byte.
