10/26/2014 12:07:06 PM I was having problems with this computer so I purchased pcmatic. It helped for a little while but then my computer crashed. The ONLY way I could get it back up was to restore to factory defaults and lose everything. fortunately I had backed up my pc about a month prior. I hope pcmatic is able to stop this from happening again!
