8/17/2010 12:11:38 PM Whenever I shut the computer down or restart it, it never comes back on when I press the power button. I have to unplug it from the power and take the battery out and let in that way for about 3 minutes; once I rehook everything, it comes back on, but it's such a nuisance.

7/3/2010 6:59:16 PM I am having major problems with the Optiarc DVD-RW/CD-RW Drive that came with the computer when it was purchased a year ago. When I go to update the drivers for the equipment it continuously tells me that the drivers are up to date and the device is working properly, I know for a fact that the device is not working properly at all. It is not even ejecting now. Before the ejecting problem became an issue the drive would not recognize the entry of discs in it.

I want Pc Matic to fix that, and put her computer back on the list. I cannot do anything with her computer in Thailand, so you need to add that back on
