3/15/2016 1:03:24 PM Has been a reliable and mostly trouble free machine. Replaced keyboard about a year ago. Original battery still holds charge. If PC Matic can restore performance I have no reason to upgrade at this time.

IE 8 and 9 hang much to often when scrolling through sheets of thumbnails photo'sIt appears to be a Flash compatibility issue but I can't seem to isolate the issue to formulate a solution. VERY iritating issue and Acer tech support is a waste of my time!

1/15/2018 7:00:30 PM Had to reboot my acer after getting a blue screen. This computer kept getting hit with malware and I belive this caused the crash. I'm not sure why my pcmatic didn't prevent this.

8/5/2014 1:26:15 AM Sometimes it runs slow, especially finding and reading drives, and saving files. Other times OK. It locks up if I leave several memory eating programs up overnight. Shockwave keeps crashing in the browsers. Otherwise it does OK.

2/15/2021 11:03:24 AM It is painfully slow in opening up programs. If I do not allow the computer to complete an action and try to close something prematurely it will lock up. This was my mother's computer (she gifted it to me) and she does not remember how long ago it was purchased. I merely guessed when asked below.
