12/8/2018 10:44:44 AM Slow performance even though it has not been on the internet very much. I mainly use it for iTunes and am not connected to the internet. There appears to be a graphics-related problem. Some things that would normally be visible (e.g. "X"-boxes in the corner to close windows, fields you would normally click to take some sort of action) are not visible. A lot of the screen is white and you have to hover around and watch the pointer change to a hand or something else to see if you're in an area where you can click on something (e.g. an option to "Download", "Install", "Submit") Another example is this Scan Input page. When trying to indicte my satisfaction with this PC, I only see the words Very Satisfied, Satisfied, etc. I don't see any checkboxes next to the words and am having a hard time figuring how to select the Unsatisfied option. I was finally able to figure it out by acting as if I was highlighting the line of text which contained the options for satisfaction and then the little circles appeared that I needed to check.
