2/13/2014 12:32:14 AM Had some issues when reloading new 2014 Total Defense Disk. Had to save all files and reload all programs after erasing and restoring back or original defaults. This was very time consuming.

Even if I use the scan I still get the virus that takes over my computer and keep telling me to call a phone number or they will ruin my PC. I thought PC Matic was suppose to prevent this kind of virus but it does not.
