4/3/2010 2:20:40 AM Well, When I ordered it from Alienware they listed it was overclocked to 3.20ghz but it's only running 2ghz, and if playing a game on max video settings it still bogs down some running Dx9 even with 2 radeon 4870 in x-fire mode. other then that and the weight, i'm very satisfied.

11/26/2010 10:38:21 AM i have had this computer for under a year and in that time i have had to get the dvd player replaced 3 times. the cpu, both video cards, my hardrive. at this point the computer is running super slow and i have had to call tech support over 8 times in the past two weeks. sadly my other laptop that is over 4 years old performs better that this one which was hailed as an "ultimate gaming PC"

7/24/2013 7:48:23 PM It was supposed to be a great gaming computer but it keeps crashing. It slows down and needs to be shut down about every 2 hours. Talks with Dell unsatisfactory. They kept talking me into buying new warranties but they never solved my problems.

12/27/2010 10:31:11 PM Even with 2 1gb video cards and the top end of everything alienware had, it runs like hot garbage when trying to play any video game online multiplayer. even games from over 7 years ago! Dell customer support is useless and after several attempts to get this machine to function properly it still runs just as bad as when I bought it. People with 5 year old laptops perform vastly superior to this machine!
