11/20/2011 4:03:59 PM Computer has been fine, except I noticed that sometimes when I typed ' I got an e with a french accent. Also task manager wasn't opening properly. I called Asus and they recommend I reconfigure the hard drive. After that was done I called CA to get anti virus re installed and have spent the bulk of the day with your company. Thanks, Mike

I THOUGHT I PURCHASED PC MATIC BUT FOUND OUT I HAD DOWNLOADED PC PIT STOP OPTIMIZE 3. I DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT HAD HAPPENED UNTIL I WANTED TO RUN IT ON MY DESK TOP TOO. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE OPT.3, SINCE IT DID HELP MY LAPTOP. Lots of IE crashes; EventViewer/log inconsistent and gives only generic event ID's. Autoplay (for CD/DVD) is slow to register/popup.
