1/28/2014 7:28:29 PM It has a Luhe.MSLF virus which keeps being detected daily, sometimes several times, AVG keeps saying threat removed but still there everyday. Luckily it keeps saying ''setup.exe'' on end so I know it's not fully set up yet. But I'm frightened to go on any other new site or open anything new incase it does start it, as I read the Luhe totally incapacitates your PC once it's set up.

10/10/2012 11:53:14 AM I works, but you CANNOT dual boot with Linux. Win7 demands you reformat and reinstall windows. You CAN run a live version of Linux MINT 13, but Cricket Broadband Dongle won't work with Linux (any version). I tried removing the hard drive and instlling Linux MINT 13 KDE 64 bit to a flash drive - that works but still no cricket internet. However, once you reinstall the hard drive windows forces you to reformat and reinstll windows. Possibly a UEFI problem? Memory requires DDR3 12800 which is not available in most places. Online purchase is ecommended if you want to get the correct memory. Max memory for this netbook is 8GB Ram. You cannot disable the built in web cam via hardware settings. It will just be rectivated upon reboot. A work around is to go into BIOS and disable it there. The instant ON feature is annoying. I cannot find a way to uninstall it. Trend Micro Internet security only lasts 30 days and comes with the laptop. Keyboard is really cheap and you have to type really slow or you miss letters. Don't hold your hand or finger near the touchpad. lots of accidental clicks!

1/7/2014 4:03:47 PM This is by far the worst computer I've had. After three months of usage, I had to take it to Tiger Direct about four times. I finally stopped bringing it to Tiger Direct everytime it blue screened, just because I didn't want to go there every two to fore weeks. What's worst is it was a special deal computer specifically made for Black Friday and therefore cannot be replaced or traded for another because there is no other addition. Frankly, I believe they should give me a new one anyway.
