8/29/2018 4:17:27 AM I have 4 laptops (Acer, Asus, Toshiba and an HP and one HP desktop. I had to reinstall and buy new laptops and now you're only servicing 4 of my 5 units. That's the only thing I'm disappointed with. Great job otherwise.

12/30/2019 10:34:34 PM This computer is okay,not the best, not the worst but it got a 'bug' and I tried making the repair myself. In so doing, I had to do a 'restore' and after that, it still had problems that I was unable to rectify. I have an Etsy shop and this is the computer that I used for that and my daily searches, etc. In desparation, I decided to go with PCmatic to see if I could resolve the problems and use it until I can decide on something else. Not sure when I purchased this computer.
