6/9/2020 6:33:30 PM I've had this laptop cpu for about 6 years. The hard drive crashed within the first six months or so, and after being serviced it's had audio issues (volume cuts out from time to time). Other than that, it's been a really good and reliable cpu.

5/25/2016 11:28:15 AM its a small compact computer (dell inspiron 11 - 3000 series - 2 in 1 laptop) that is easy to carry to my college classes. I prefer a larger screen but overall its a nice little laptop. its become so slow and start up takes about 30 min. and any running software runs so slow and becomes unresponsive a lot and i have to continuously restart the program. ive tried every single software so far except pc matic/optimizer and theyve all done nothing except cost money. I decided to try pc matic/optimizer finally and hoping itll help and i wont have to buy a new computer since this one is only 1.5 yrs old.

Also, the cursor moves around as though someone is remotely controlling it, at times deleting my work or attempting to do so. It appears it's still happening as I'm writing this.
