11/15/2018 7:11:02 PM Recently had Dell Support fix this computer, it was running slow and would lock up....I am now just reloading programs & files so can't tell you if the condition has been reparied???? I had to repurches Matic...I still don't understand why because i was still licensed....I used my PC Matic Back Up Disk to reinstall PC Matic...It would not take it but why?

10/8/2017 7:20:25 AM On/off button should be relocated from near right side, where it is vulnerable to accidental activation when lifting the laptop, to perhaps the surface of the keyboard up near the screen, etc.

9/4/2017 11:32:19 AM I am at time surprised by the laptop freezing and/or processing seemingly slow given the SSD. However, I access and use a case management software program remotely, and I am suspicious the processing at times is related to ATT U-Verse internet speed and not the laptop. I would like PCMatic to analyze the actual internet performance so I know whether to consider an alternate ISP.
