1/31/2019 1:21:03 PM Installed PC Matic because having real issues and protection had expired. Running very slowly & not allowing access. Finally got PC Matic downloaded and things seemed a little better but still not right and then blocked me from your site. Ran a complete computer clean up & upgrade to latest version of Windows 10, cleaned off all apps and downloaded PC Matic again. Things seem smoother & faster so far. I will answer yes to questions below but not really certain since running these diagnostics and my first PC Matic check.
