My husband and I are very computer savvy and it took us 15 minutes on your website to figure out how to install the program on our other computers. Making the website user friendly would increase revenue and exhibit an open-communication website.

For the most part this computer has been pretty reliable. Today after my tuneup, my mousepad on the computer failed to function several times. What can I do about it? should the tuneup help to correct this?

3/21/2011 2:05:40 AM I don't like Windows Vista. A lot of my programs freeze often, expecially Windows explorer and Windows Media Center. My battery does not last as long as it's supposed to, and never has. Other than that, I am able to use my computer freely. I mostly use it for picture and video storage, and downloading music. Sometimes I use it as an alternate DVD player and it works great for this.

4/21/2010 8:34:01 AM screen freezes up while online and has to be restarted sometimes in order to regain control and be able to switch to a different screen. also the mouse icon on the screen that is used to point at objects goes haywire. (pardon the expression). quite frequently it becomes unabe to use from the mouse pad on the computer as it will not move or it jumps from one position to the next. when this happens i have to plug in a wireless mouse in order to use the mouse pointer on the screen. often times the computer has to be shut down before the mouse pointer is able to be used and this does not always work. often times when the computer freezes up the only way to shut the computer down is to unplug the power cord and take out the battery in order to restart the computer. sometimes this has to be done several times a day. i run scans for malaware, spyware, and virus scan each day and there are none in the computer, so i know that the problem is not in that area.

By the time It finally showed that it activated, I had no Idea what caused it to accept it, nor what denied it in the first place. I better be worth all the effort. And if it does great thing that it claims I will be saticfied that it works, However It won't change the amount of frustration it causes a person who purchased a expensive product that needs hours of bullshit to make it work. The fact that I have the disk should tell the computer that it has been bought an paid for. Good damn thing I remembered what e mail I had purchased the damn thing from!!!

That thing worked, didn't crash, and booted up in mere minutes without freezing! I will never buy another Dell or another MicroSoft OS!

My drivers are really screwed up...I think, and I don't know how to fix them. 3. When I turn on the computer initially, it locks up and I have to manually turn it off and turn it back on. 4. Trying to run a second scan...when the program gets to "security" or "performance, it stops working and tells me that "PITFRAME HAS STOPPED WORKING AND TO CLOSE THE PROGRAM".
