Attempting to open a program locks the computer and forces shut down. Now it said to fix Drive D, I need to delete everything in the recycle bin, and there is no files to delete, for I already deleted the recycle bin. I thought if I had you to scan it, you would be able to fix it. you were not able to do that for some reason. I just don't know what to do. Thanks anyway.
