1/15/2018 5:04:26 PM It just got rebuilt by DELL support after a TOTAL disaster.Had get install code from Microsoft to bring it back. It has never locked up until 1/13/2018 about 3pm in the afternoon CST.

12/8/2020 7:42:58 PM Overall it operates well, but some of the Microsoft office settings will not apply (like not having word and excel open on start-up)The built-in webcam stops working sporadically and produces an unresettable blank screen, still backlit, but no images.

5/25/2023 12:46:56 PM there is 1 hard drive and it's partitioned into C: and D: drives. The OS is loaded on the C: drive which is only 100GB always runs out of space. I wish I could move the OS to the D: drive.

11/22/2017 4:15:27 PM Windows 10 became corrupted and it was necessary [pewarranty r Dell Support] to reinstall Windows 10. PC Matic previously was used on this compute. To install again I had to delete this computer because I have 4 other computers and to install on the new hard drive became #6
