I thought it was a problem with the hardware itself so i exchanged it and still having the same problems which was fails to write video files onto disc. it also does some funky behavior at start up comes up with an error loading the dock and ia starcom stops working

My OEM programs have lost and unable to find them. It appears that there are programs prelaoded to run that have changed everything. something dto do with png files that mask over so I am unable to see the original files. I want it back to factory. I'm the only user now. Prior I had 2 users.
